Our Degree Transfer Extended Design (Architecture) program is tailored to prepare you for Year 2 of the Bachelor of Design (Architecture) at the University of Newcastle. It provides a pathway into one of Australia's best design schools. Your offer is also packaged with Master of Architecture to give you the option of practising as a professional architect upon graduation.

Pathway

In your first semester of your Degree Transfer Extended program, you will study a bridging program consisting of five courses: Academic English, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Law Fundamentals and Statistics. You will then go on to study the same curriculum as the Year 1 bachelor's degree university students plus Academic English A and B, and receive 80 credit points for the Bachelor of Design (Architecture).

Upon successful completion of the Degree Transfer Extended Design (Architecture) program, you will enter Year 2 of the Bachelor of Design (Architecture) at the University of Newcastle.
